User Research

Over the past two and a half weeks we have been working in a hospital outside Copenhagen with teaching from both Brian Rink of IDEO and Joachim Halse. Looking at the patient experience using observations, interviews and participatory workshops, we worked closely with the staff and patients in a somewhat intense environment for user research.
